Second of two historic building refurbishments

TRAFFORD Park-based Russells Construction is to refurbish a grade II listed building in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The seven figure investment will see the extensive internal renovation of a Victorian building at 76-80 King Street, to provide office accommodation, which will be available from April.Russells was appointed to the three-month contract by property investment group 53N, who purchased the property in June 2011.
This will be Russells’ second historic building refurbishment to commence in the space of a few weeks, the first being the £700,000 project for Bow Chambers just a few feet away on the other side of Tib Lane
