OFFICES at 17 Grafton Street, Altrincham, have been fully let.
All the space has been taken after Computer Support Services expanded into an adjoining second floor suite.
James Black of Computer Support Services said: “Despite the recession we have continued to grow the business and although we only moved into these new offices at the end of May we needed more space to accommodate additional personnel.
"We pride ourselves on our quality of service and the fact that we have not lost a customer or a member of staff since we started the business seven years ago.”
Daniel Lee of Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord Eggerton Investments, said:”One of the main attractions of this building has been the flexible terms and all inclusive rent of £20 per sq ft, which in these uncertain times has allowed the smaller enterprise to have greater control over its budget.”
At neighbouring Grosvenor House, 22 Grafton Street, vintage furniture retailer, Rose & Grey, has taken a ground floor office.
