Graham Brady MP opens Lawton Hathaway's new Altrincham offices
9:00am Sunday 22nd January 2012

A CREDIT management company in Altrincham is expanding to new offices and creating new jobs after a third successive year of growth.
Lawton Hathaway, a credit control and business process specialist, has grown to manage more than £12 million a month of consumer credit since it was launched in January 2009.
In the past year employee numbers have doubled and the company is continuing to recruit new staff.
Daniel Hill, managing director of Lawton Hathaway, said: “The recession has caused many companies to re-look at their business processes and see where they can make savings. As a result, demand for our outsourced credit management service has continued to grow from businesses who want to implement an efficient and professional credit function that is cost effective.
“Our rate of growth has been fantastic since I started the company three years ago and our predictions for the coming year are even better. We’re currently recruiting five new members of staff and anticipate more vacancies over the next twelve months.”
The company’s new offices on Barrington Road were officially opened by Graham Brady, MP for Altrincham and Sale West.
Mr Brady said: “Lawton Hathaway is a great example of a thriving Altrincham business, which is contributing to the local economy and creating new job opportunities for people in the area. Their move to larger premises is indicative of their continued success and their plans for further growth are extremely encouraging.”
Lawton Hathaway was established by Mr Hill in 2009, after he saw a gap in the market for effective business support and solutions for organisations predominantly, but not limited to, the business to consumer industry.
