New lifestyle shop opens in Hale Village

A CHILDREN’S lifestyle shop has opened in Hale Village next door to the Art Cafe on Ashley Road.
The store, known as Pixie, already has a branch in Didsbury and a concession in Glo Family’s new family centre in Cheadle.
Gillian Franks, owner of Pixie, has based the shop on a New York style toy store with a ‘’do touch’’ play area for children. Goods sold at the store include children’s clothing, shoes, toys and accessories.
Pixie also hosts regular events and competitions such as fashion shows, tea parties, portrait days and story time.
