Barclays calls on people to enter competition

ENTERPRISING business people have only today to enter the annual Barclays Trading Places Awards.
Barclays want to hear from people who have overcome adversity to triumph in business such as those who have started working for themselves to beat long-term unemployment or redundancy.
Nominations can also be made by family members, friends or colleagues of individual entrepreneurs.
Barclays will present the overall winner with a cheque for £10,000 and the runner-up with £5,000 for their business at a prestigious black-tie gala dinner.
