Help spruce up Altrincham

FOURTEEN volunteers braved the January weather to take part in Altrincham's first Big Tidy Up of the year.
They collected 47 bags of rubbish as well as removing graffiti, and pulling all sorts of rubbish, including a scooter, out of the brook.
The next Big Tidy Up will be on March 3 at 2pm. To take part visit ouraltrincham.org. It is essential to email the organiser in advance.
